1.GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
Lamb is a rich source of proteins zinc, fatty acids and several vitamins and minerals which makes it a heathy addition to your diet. Turmeric contains anti- inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Addition of various spices enhances the flavour of the dish.
Main Ingredients :
Lamb | 100g |
Spring onions | 100g |
Yoghurt | 50ml |
Other Ingredients :
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Mint leaves | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Add all the spices and marinate the lamb overnight.
• Grill it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 to 50 minutes.
• Garnish it with spring onions and enjoy it with your favorite dips.
