Ladies finger is rich in vitamin C, thus helping to improve immunity and also helping in weight loss. Adding garlic to a lady’s finger gives a pungent punch and is even better with spices.

Onion | 50g |
Garlic | 10g |
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Green chili | 10g |
Cumin seeds (Zeera) | 10g |
Chili powder | 10g |
Garam masala | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• In a heated pan, add cumin seeds, garlic and green chili and sauté for a minute.
• Add onions, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida and salt. Mix well and cook for few seconds.
• Add bhindi and cook for 10 minutes. Toss it well and serve hot with oats roti.
