Flax seeds are the richest source of omega-3-fatty acids. it is full of healthy fats and fiber. Inclusion of curd adds to the protein and calcium content of the dish. This dish contains 138mg of calcium.

Curd100ml
Flax seeds50g

METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
 Refrigerate the flaxseed raita for one hour and serve chilled.
