FISH KEBAB
The omega 3 fatty acids found in fish are good for your heart as they are a type of unsaturated fatty acids that reduce inflammation throughout the body. Fish is really nutritious, being rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Sweet potato is a rich source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Main ingredients :
Fish | 100g |
Yoghurt | 50ml |
Sweet potato | 25g |
Other Ingredients :
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Mint leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
Boil deboned fish and peeled sweet potato. Allow it to cool and mash well.
Add all the spices and yoghurt and allow it to rest for few hours.
Make round shaped kebabs of the fish mixture and cook it in a greased pan.
Cook it on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
