FISH IN LOW-FAT SAUCE
Fish in low-fat sauce is not only high in protein but also contains healthy fats. More importantly, fish is the best lean protein meat that can be consumed in any form. Cauliflower is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, calcium and manganese. Mushrooms are a good source of iron. Adding vegetables increases the nutrient content and adds color to the dish.

METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and sauté for one minute. Add tomato and sauté for another two minutes.
Add green chilies, cauliflower, capsicum, mushroom and sauté for two minutes.
Add the fish and cook for five minutes.
Serve it immediately.
