.FISH IN LOW FAT CURRY
                                                                                           
The omega 3 fatty acids found in fish benefit your cardiovascular health, also they are natural anti-inflammatory. Fish is also low in sugar, high in manganese, niacin, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin B12. Addition of onions, tomatoes and spices enhance flavor of the dish.

Main ingredients
 

Fish100g
Onion20g
Tomato20g

           Other Ingredients :

Garlic10g
Pepper powder10g
Lemon juice10ml
Oil10g
Garam masala5g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and sauté for two minutes. Add tomato and sauté for one minute.
 Add garam masala, red chili flakes, pepper and cook for two minutes. Add the fish and cook for around 3 minutes.
 Add lemon juice, mix well and serve hot.
