Fish are the richest sources of omega-3s. It is loaded with important nutrients such as protein, and vitamin D. Herbs ginger and Garlic adds more to the flavor besides their medicinal properties.

Garlic10g
Red chili powder10g
Lemon juice10ml
Mint leaves10g
Oil10g
Garam masala5g
SaltAs per taste

  METHOD:
 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the fish for a few hours.
Deep fry the fish and serve it with your favorite dips.
