 10.EASY CHEESY VEG PASTA
                                                                                                       
Whole wheat pastas are full of fiber which make you full. They have a low glycaemic index which helps the glucose release into the bloodstream slowly. This dish makes a delicious meal when combined with vegetables which are loaded with antioxidants and Phyto nutrients. 
Main ingredients
 

Milk100ml
Wheat pasta100g
Capsicum50g
Cheese25g
Corn (Boiled)25g

 

                 

Butter10g
Pepper10g
Chili flakes10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD: 
1. Heat butter in a pan and add capsicum, and sauté for two minutes.
2.  Add the milk, salt, chili flakes, sweet corn and cheese slices, mix well and cook for four to five minutes while stirring occasionally. Add boiled        pasta to this mixture and cook for two minutes.
3.  Serve the easy cheesy veg pasta immediately with garlic bread.
