  Oats is high in soluble fiber and glucan. Added in carrots and spinach increases the fiber content as well as provides vitamins and minerals. Curd is high in protein and contains good bacteria.

Gram flour (Besan)10g
Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Coriander leaves10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

     Method : 

  •  Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water gradually to make a batter without lumps.
  •  Grease the pan and spread a little batter on it about half an inch thick.
  •  Cook and both sides until golden brown. Remove, serve, and enjoy!
