 An Eggless omelet is an excellent source of protein for vegans. Chickpeas are very nutritious and a good source of protein for all the vegetarians; they are rich in dietary fiber, which helps to normalize your blood glucose levels.
Main ingredients:

Chickpeas flour50g

      OTHER INGREDIENTS:          

Onion10g
Tomato10g
Coriander leaves10g
Garlic10g
Turmeric powder10g
Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

 

   METHOD:
• Mix all the batter ingredients and make it into a pouring consistency.
• Sauté tomato, onion, and garlic in a pan and add the batter to it.
• Cover the lid and cook it for a few minutes.
