EGG QUICHE:
Egg quiche Is a quick breakfast recipe. Eggs are an amazing source of proteins and can hence keep you full for longer. Addition of corn makes it healthier as corn kernel is a good source of vitamin A.
Main ingredients:
| Egg | 60g |
| Corn ( Boiled) | 50g |
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
| Carrot | 20g |
| Peas | 20g |
| Bell pepper | 20g |
| Curd | 20ml |
| Pepper powder | 10g |
| Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Grease the muffin tins and fill them with vegetables.
• Whisk the egg whites in a bowl and fill it in the muffin tin.
• Bake it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes which is preheated to 170 degrees Celsius.
• Let it cool, and then remove it from the tin.
