EGG DOSA
Eggs contain proteins with high biological value. Egg whites are the perfect source of good-quality proteins, and essential amino acids. Rice and urad dal make a perfect cereal protein combination where urad dal is rich in protein and dietary fibers.

METHOD:
• Pour a ladleful of dosa batter on a greased pan and spread it into circular shape like dosa.
• Break an egg over the dosa and spread it evenly and sprinkle coconut and salt evenly over it. Put little oil and cook on both sides, until it turns light brown in colour. Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
