Dates are rich in several vitamins, fibre, minerals, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for health. Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Walnuts are a rich source of healthy fat, antioxidants, and fiber which enables the body to absorb the nutrients more effectively and also helps in preventing cancer, reducing cholesterol and blood pressure. Inclusion of nuts makes the dish nutrient dense as they are ;loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Condensed milk10g

  METHOD:
•  Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well till the mixture binds well, like a dough.
•  Divide it into two equal portions and make it into a round ball.
•  Serve it or store in the refrigerator in an added container
