DATE ALMOND LADOO
Dates are an excellent source of iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, copper and magnesium. Almond’s contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Cardamom is useful for acidity, bloating, heartburn and much more.
Main ingredients :
Dates ( Seedless) | 20g |
Garden cress seeds | 20g |
Rava (Sooji) | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Almond | 10g |
Cardamom | 10g |
Ghee | 10g |
METHOD:
• Soak garden cress seeds in water for 3 hours. Don’t drain the water
• Heat ghee in a pan, add soaked seeds, jaggery and semolina and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Add coconuts, dates and almonds and mix well
• Let it cool and then ivied into 2 equal portions and make into balls.
