COLESLAW SANDWICH                                                                        
Cabbage is a low-calorie, fiber rich leafy vegetable containing health benefiting antioxidants. Adding carrot and capsicum increases the nutritional content and fiber content of the dish. Mayonnaise adds taste to the dish.

Main Ingredients :
 

Whole Wheat Bread100g
Cabbage20g
Carrot20g
Capsicum20g
Onion20g
Mayonnaise20g

 

                 

Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
Mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, garlic paste, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
 Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side of each bread. Cook both the slices of bread in a pan on the buttered side until it turns light brown in color.
 Spread the coleslaw mixture on one slice of the bread evenly and close it with the other slice of bread.
 Cut it in diagonally into two pieces and serve.
