COLESLAW SANDWICH
Cabbage is a low-calorie, fiber rich leafy vegetable containing health benefiting antioxidants. Adding carrot and capsicum increases the nutritional content and fiber content of the dish. Mayonnaise adds taste to the dish.
Main Ingredients :
Whole Wheat Bread | 100g |
Cabbage | 20g |
Carrot | 20g |
Capsicum | 20g |
Onion | 20g |
Mayonnaise | 20g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, garlic paste, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side of each bread. Cook both the slices of bread in a pan on the buttered side until it turns light brown in color.
Spread the coleslaw mixture on one slice of the bread evenly and close it with the other slice of bread.
Cut it in diagonally into two pieces and serve.
