CRISPY CRUNCHY GRANOLA MUNCHIES
                                                                         
Almond contains protein, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin E it reduces hunger and lower blood sugar levels and walnuts and a rich source of fiber. Oats adds fiber to the dish. Inclusion of nuts and seeds increases the nutritional content and adds crunch to the dish.
Main ingredients :

Oats100g

           Other Ingredients :

Walnut10g
Pistachio10g
Pumpkin seeds10g
Sunflower seeds10g
Honey10g
Raisins10g
Cranberries10g
Oil10g
CinnamonPinch

      METHOD :
•  Heat, honey and butter in a pan in low flame. Remove from heat. Add oats, mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt in a bowl. Mix it well.
• Pour the honey butter over the mixture. Spread the granola evenly in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
•  Bake it in a preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
•  Transfer the granola to a large mixing bowl and stir in the dried fruit. Store it in an adult container.
