       CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST:                                                                                                                                                                                Cinnamon has multiple benefits that help to control blood sugar levels and is also loaded with powerful antioxidants. Eggs are a source of high protein derived from an animal sources; the proteins in them are absorbed by the body easily.
Main ingredients :  

Milk100ml
Eggs60g
Whole wheat bread50g

   OTHER INGREDIENTS:            

Jaggery powder10g
Butter10g
CinnamonPinch
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
• Take a bowl , crack the eggs, add milk, jaggery powder, and cinnamon powder, and mix it well 
• Dip the bread in the mixture on both sides and put it on the pan greased with butter 
• Cook it well on both sides and serve hot!
