  CHUNKY OVERNIGHT OATS
 Oats are rich in soluble fiber and beta-glucan, while milk is a good source of calcium and dairy protein. The addition of almonds makes it nutrient dense and gives a crunchy texture to the dish.
Main ingredients:      

Milk75ml
Apple50g
Oats30g

    OTHER INGREDIENTS :              

Peanut butter10g
Almonds10g

 METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius Until the quinoa is cooked.
Remove it from the baking dish and serve.
