CHOLE
Kabuli chana, or chickpeas, is a very nutritious and a good source of protein. Also, with high fiber and the tasty flavor of the Indian spices, Chole is surely one of the best dishes.

Turmeric powder | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Chana masala | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Chat masala | 10g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Put the Kabuli Chana and salt in enough water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for three whistles.
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and draining the Kabuli Chana. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and onions, and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ginger, and garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.
Add the chole masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, powder salt, and water and cook for around 2 minutes.
Add the Kabuli China and cook for five to 7 minutes while stirring occasionally. Mash the Kabuli chana lightly with the help of a masher and serve along with the bhature.
