CHINESE CHICKEN CHILLI
Chicken is an excellent source of proteins, vitamin B, phosphorus and low in sodium. Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and iron. Peanuts are a good source of proteins and fats and also add crunch to the dish.

Dry red chili | 10g |
Soya sauce | 10g |
Spring onion | 10g |
Peanut | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic for one minute. Add the chicken and sauté for another two minutes.
Add red chili powder, pepper powder, soya sauce, spring onions and cook for two minutes.
Garnish it with peanuts and serve.
