CHINESE CHICKEN CHILLI
                                                                  
Chicken is an excellent source of proteins, vitamin B, phosphorus and low in sodium.  Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and iron. Peanuts are a good source of proteins and fats and also add crunch to the dish.

Main ingredients :
 

Chicken 100g

        Other Ingredients :

Dry red chili10g
Soya sauce10g
Spring onion10g
Peanut10g
Garlic10g
Pepper powder10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
  Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic for one minute. Add the chicken and sauté for another two minutes.
 Add red chili powder, pepper powder, soya sauce, spring onions and cook for two minutes.
 Garnish it with peanuts and serve.
