2. CHICKEN STIR FRY
Chicken is an excellent source of proteins, vitamin B, phosphorus selenium which helps to protect your immune system. Serving chicken with added greens and vegetables increases the nutritional content of the dish.

OTHER INGREDIENTS
Garlic | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Cumin powder (Zeera) | 10g |
Coriander powder (Dhaniya) | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and add onions, and sauté for two minutes.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, and green chili, and sauté for one minute.
Add the chicken and carrot and cook for around 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, mix well, and serve hot.
