2. CHICKEN STIR FRY 

    Chicken is an excellent source of proteins, vitamin B, phosphorus selenium which helps to protect your immune system. Serving chicken with added greens and vegetables increases the nutritional content of the dish.

Fenugreek leaves (Methi)100g

    OTHER INGREDIENTS                  

Garlic10g
Ginger10g
Green chili10g
Turmeric powder10g
Cumin powder (Zeera)10g
Coriander powder (Dhaniya)10g
Lemon juice10ml
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

      METHOD:
 Heat oil in a pan and add onions, and sauté for two minutes.
 Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, and green chili, and sauté for one minute.
 Add the chicken and carrot and cook for around 5 minutes.
 Add the lemon juice, mix well, and serve hot.
