CHICKEN RAMEN BOWL
Whole wheat noodles are full of fiber which make you feel full. Adding chicken and vegetables increases the protein and vitamin content of the dish. Broccoli contains high levels of vitamin and calcium both of which are important for bone health.
Main ingredients :
Wheat noodles | 100g |
Chicken | 50g |
Broccoli | 25g |
Carrot | 25g |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Soya sauce | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and Add all the vegetables and sauté for two minutes.
Boil water in a deep pan and add the ramen and soya sauce. Add all the sauteed vegetables and mix well and cook for around 3 minutes.
Serve it hot.
