.CHICKEN DALIYA PULAO
Broken wheat is an excellent source of fiber. It has no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol. Adding chicken which is an excellent source of protein, B vitamins, phosphorus and selenium makes it a nutritious meal. Lemon provides healthy doses of vitamin C and B.
Main ingredients :
Chicken | 100g |
Broken wheat | 100g |
Onion | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Green chili | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Garam masala | 5g |
Bay leaf | 5g |
Cinnamon | 5g |
Fennel seeds (Saunf) | 5g |
Cardamom | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add the ginger garlic paste and other spices and mix well and cook for two minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for four to five minutes. Add 2 cups of water and broken wheat and close the lid and cook for until the broken wheat is cooked.
Add garnishes and serve hot.
