.CHICKEN DALIYA PULAO
                                                                                       
Broken wheat is an excellent source of fiber. It has no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol. Adding chicken which is an excellent source of protein, B vitamins, phosphorus and selenium makes it a nutritious meal. Lemon provides healthy doses of vitamin C and B.
Main ingredients :

  Other Ingredients :        

Green chili10g
Red chili powder10g
Ginger10g
Garlic10g
Coriander leaves10g
Oil10g
Lemon juice10ml
Garam masala5g
Bay leaf5g
Cinnamon5g
Fennel seeds (Saunf)5g
Cardamom5g
SaltAs per taste

     METHOD :


 Heat oil in a pan and add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add the ginger garlic paste and other spices and mix well and cook for two minutes.
 Add the chicken and cook for four to five minutes. Add 2 cups of water and broken wheat and close the lid and cook for until the broken wheat is cooked.
 Add garnishes and serve hot.
