CHIA SEED DRINK WITH LIME AND HONEY
Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids and are rich in antioxidants. Chia seed's high fiber aids in weight loss. METHOD:
• Mix chia seed, honey, lemon juice, and two cups of water in a jar.
• Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least one hour.
• Mix well and then serve.
