CHIA SEED DRINK WITH LIME AND HONEY
                                                                                                  
Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids and are rich in antioxidants. Chia seed's high fiber aids in weight loss. Adding lemon, which aids in vitamin C, helps in iron absorption, and is excellent for the skin. Honey is known for boosting immunity & burning fat. Thus this combination will be highly beneficial.  

Main ingredients :
 

Lemon juice100ml

     Other Ingredients :

Honey10g
Chia seeds10g

    METHOD:
• Mix chia seed, honey, lemon juice, and two cups of water in a jar.
•  Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least one hour.
•  Mix well and then serve.
