   CHEESE PARATHA
                                                                                       

A whole wheat diet helps reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity. Inclusion of cheese in parathas increases the calcium and protein content. This dish contains about 12g of protein per serving.


Main ingredients :
 

Whole Wheat Flour100g
Cheese100g

 

                 

Red chili powder10g
Oil10g
Garam masala5g
Chat masala5g
SaltAs per taste

  METHOD:
• For the cheese paratha dough, combine the wheat flour and salt in a deep bowl and knead it into a soft dough using water. Keep it aside.
•  Divide the cheese stuffing into two equal portions. Roll each portion of the dough into a circle. And put a portion of cheese stuffing in the center of the circle.
•  Bring all the sides in the center and seal tightly. Roll it again into a circle shape.
•  Cook it on both sides in a nonstick pan until it turns golden brown in color on both sides. Serve the cheese paratha immediately.
