CAULIFLOWER PANEER SABZI
Use of paneer enhances its protein content which is important for the growth of kids. Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C. Adding veggies enhances the nutritional content as they are loaded with vitamins and minerals essential for health.
Main ingredients :
Cauliflower | 100g |
Paneer | 100g |
Tomato | 20g |
Cumin seeds (Zeera) | 10g |
Onion | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Coriander powder | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add onions and garlic and sauté for two minutes.
Add the tomato pulp, chili powder, coriander, cumin seeds, powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
Add the cauliflower, salt and water and cover the lid and cook for five minutes.
Add the paneer and coriander, mix well and cook for one minute. Serve immediately.
