CAULIFLOWER AND SPINACH DIP
Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C. Spinach is a superfood rich in vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. It improves blood glucose level in people with diabetes and also helps reducing blood pressure. Addition of veggies; enhance its nutritional content as they are loaded with vitamins & minerals essential for health.

Cauliflower | 100g |
Spinach | 100g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Oil | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Tahini paste | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Heat water in a deep nonstick pan and add cauliflower and cook for six minutes. Add the spinach and cook for another two minutes.
• Strain it using a strainer and let it cool. Once cooled, transfer it into a mixer and add tahini paste, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper and blend it without using water.
• Once it forms a smooth paste, serve immediately.
