CASHEW WALNUT DATE BALLS
Walnuts are a rich source of healthy fat, antioxidants, and fiber which enables the body to absorb the nutrients more effectively and also helps in preventing cancer, and reducing cholesterol and blood pressure. Dates are an excellent iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, copper, and magnesium source. Adding cashews increases the calcium content of the dish.

Cashew Nut | 50g |
Dates (Seedless) | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Flax seeds | 20g |
METHOD :
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. And mix well.
• Divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
• Serve the cashew walnut date balls immediately or store in an airtight container.
