Rice is a source of complex carbohydrates while urad dal is a good source of protein and fiber. Adding carrot increases the vitamins and mineral content of the dish and also gives an attractive orange color
Main ingredients :
 

Rice Flour50g
Black gram dal (Urad dal)30g
Oats flour20g

 

                 

Carrot20g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
 Add rice and urad dal in a mixer and blend well. Transfer it into a bowl and add oats flour and mix it using water to form a battery consistency.
Let it ferment for few hours.
 Then add greater carrots into the batter and mix well. Pour a ladder full of batter in a greased pan and spread it into a circular shape like a dosa.
 Cook it on both sides until it turns Golden Brown in color and serve with your favourite chutney.
