1. BAKED CHICKEN POPCORN
                                                                              
Chicken is an excellent source of lean protein and other important nutrients like niacin, B vitamins essential to carbohydrate metabolism. Adding breadcrumbs gives a crunchy texture to the dish. 

Main Ingredients :
 

Chicken100g
Curd50ml
Bread crumbs20g

 

                 

Pepper powder10g
Garam masala 5g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
1.  Combine chicken, garam masala powder, curd and pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside for around 30 minutes.
2.  Put bread crumbs in a bowl and roll the chicken over the bread crumbs so that it is coated all over the chicken.
3. Put the coated chickens in a baking dish and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
4.  Serve it hot with your favorite dips.
