BUCKWHEAT AND GREEN APPLE PORRIDGE
                                                                                             
Buckwheat has a high-quality protein that delivers all of the eight essential amino acids, including lysine, which is usually lacking in grains. Green apples are not only good for your health but are also good for your skin.
Main ingredients :
 

Buckwheat100g
Green apple100g
Almond milk100ml

 

                 

Honey10g

METHOD:
• Heat 3/4th cup of water in a non-stick pan. Add buckwheat and salt and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Transfer it into a bowl and add almond milk and whisk well. Add honey and mix well.
•  Top it with chopped green apples and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled
