Broken wheat is an excellent source of fiber. It provides 5 g of fiber per ¼ cup, which is 20 percent of the recommended daily value. Chickpea is high in protein, fiber, potassium and selenium. Red bell pepper and tomato are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, necessary for reducing stress and inflammation in the body. Addition of chicken increases the protein content of the dish.
