BROCCOLI RED CAPSICUM DIP
                                                                               
Broccoli has a strong, positive impact on our body's detoxification system. The addition of broccoli aids in weight loss, fights cancer, and also adds on to the required antioxidants. Capsicum also contains a good amount of vitamin C and increases our body metabolism by lowering triglycerides stored in our body fats. This helps to burn calories more effectively. The addition of corn makes it healthier as corn kernel is a good source of vitamin A and also is known to aid in weight loss.

          Other Ingredients :

Capsicum20g
Onion10g
Garlic10g
Sugar10g
Pepper powder10g

SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
• Heat butter in a pan and add garlic paste and green chilies, and saute for a few seconds.
•  Add the onions, zucchini, and red capsicum and saute for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Add the spices and salt and cook for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
