BROCCOLI PARATHA
                                                                                                 

Whole wheat flour is high in fiber, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and vitamin B. Broccoli contains high levels of both calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health and the prevention of osteoporosis.

Main ingredients :
 

Wheat flour100g
Broccoli50g

Other Ingredients :

Mixed Herbs10g
Chili flakes10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
•  For the dough, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a semi soft dough using water. Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
•  Divide the two into two equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.
•  Place one portion of the stuffing on ½ of the rolled circle and fold it to form a semicircle. Press the edges to seal.
•  Cook the paratha in a greased pan until it turns golden Brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
