BROCCOLI PANEER TIKKI
Broccoli is high in fiber, Vitamin C, and potassium which helps in increasing immunity and relieving bloating. The use of paneer enhances its protein content which is important for the growth of kids. The addition of oats increases the fiber content and gives a crunchy texture to the dish.

Paneer | 50g |
Oats | 25g |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 20g |
Garlic | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, garlic and green chillies and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add broccoli and salt and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
• Once cooled, add paneer and mix well. Divide it into two equal portions and make it into a round flat tikki
