.BROCCOLI CARROT PANEER SABZI
Broccoli is a very good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A, help in improving vision, has anti-aging properties, reduce cholesterol levels, and help in reducing cancer risk, and add paneer aids in increasing the protein and calcium content of the dish.

Paneer | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Tomato | 10g |
Onion | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Cashew | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Mix tomatoes, onions, dry red chilies and cashew nuts in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep it aside.
• Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
• Add the tomato-onion mixture and cook well for five minutes. Add milk and salt and cook for another one minute.
• Add broccoli, carrot, and paneer. Mix gently and cook for two minutes. Serve hot
