BLACK BEAN HUMMUS
The fiber in black beans helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease. Black beans may also help reduce the spike in blood sugar that occurs after eating a meal, which may help reduce the risk of diabetes and weight gain.

Green chili | 10g |
Cumin seeds (Zeera) | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10g |
Sesame seeds (cous cous) | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Dry roast the black sesame seeds on a pan for two minutes. Transfer it into a plate and cool completely. Once cooled, blend it in a mixture using one tablespoon of oil.
• Add all the other ingredients and water and blend it until smooth.
• Transfer it into an airtight container and top it with oil and finally white sesame seeds. Serve chilled
