 BEETROOT CHILLA
                                                                                                                      
Besan or Gram flour is high in protein and rich in B complex vitamins that play an important role in glucose metabolism and are vital for your body to remain active and energetic. Adding beetroot makes this dish a great source of various vitamins and minerals.
Main ingredients :

Gram flour (Besan)50g
Beetroot20g
Onion20g
Tomato20g

     Other Ingredients :

Green chili10g
Coriander leaves10g
Asafoetida (Heeng)Pinch
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using water to form a battery consistency.
 Pour a ladleful of batter on greased pan and spread it into a circular shape like a dosa.
Cook it on both side until it turn Golden brown and color and then serve hot.
