BEETROOT CHILLA
Besan or Gram flour is high in protein and rich in B complex vitamins that play an important role in glucose metabolism and are vital for your body to remain active and energetic. Adding beetroot makes this dish a great source of various vitamins and minerals.
Main ingredients :
Gram flour (Besan) | 50g |
Beetroot | 20g |
Onion | 20g |
Tomato | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Green chili | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Asafoetida (Heeng) | Pinch |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using water to form a battery consistency.
Pour a ladleful of batter on greased pan and spread it into a circular shape like a dosa.
Cook it on both side until it turn Golden brown and color and then serve hot.
