BAKED MUSHROOM WITH HERBS
                                                                                         

Mushrooms are a good source or iron. They act as an anti-oxidant, boosts immunity and increases metabolism. They are a rich source of calcium, which is an essential nutrient in the formation and strength of bones. Addition of herbs enhances the flavour of the dish.

Mixed Herbs10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
•  Remove the stem of the mushrooms, discard them and wash the mushrooms thoroughly.
•  Mix all the ingredients in a bowl along with mushroom. Put the mushroom mixture in the centre of an aluminium foil.
• Bring the sides of the aluminium foil together in the center and seal it and bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200°C
•  Let it cool slightly and serve immediately.
