BAJRA UTTAPAM
Bajra is rich in folate, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin E and B - complex. It is rich in calcium and iron too. It also helps maintain cardiovascular health and helps reduce acidity problems. Tomato have a good amount of vitamin A, C and K while onions are rich in oligosaccharides.

Rava (Sooji) | 10g |
Gram flour (Besan) | 10g |
Baking soda | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Mix whole bajra and half cup of water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for five whistles.
• Allow the steam to escape and open the lid and let it cool. Transfer the whole bajra along with water in a bowl and Add all the remaining ingredients with ¼ cup of water.
• Mix well close with the lid and keep it aside for one hour.
• Pour spoonful of batter in each greased Uthappa mould. And let it cook on both sides until it turns golden brown and color. Serve immediately
