Bajra is rich in folate, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamin E. Adding moong and spinach increases its nutrition content as they contain vitamins and minerals.

METHOD:
• Soak the bajra in water overnight.
• In a heated pan, sauté onion, garlic paste, and ginger paste for 1 minute. Add spinach, fresh beans, carrot, chili powder, and garam masala, and sauté for a minute.
• Add bajra, moong dal, coriander, and salt, and cook for 2 minutes. Add hot water and pressure cook for seven whistles.
• Let the steam escape and serve hot.
