AVOCADO EGG SALAD
                                                                                             

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium and are loaded with fiber and antioxidant. Cucumbers are a great source of vitamin B, rich in Potassium and Magnesium, which may help to lower blood pressure. Addition of boiled eggs makes the dish protein rich while vegetables increase the vitamins and mineral content.

     Other Ingredients :

Capsicum25g
Cucumber20g
Tomato20g
Honey10g
Lemon juice10ml
Mint leaves10g
Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

   METHOD: 
 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss it well.
 Serve it along with a boiled egg.
