AVOCADO EGG SALAD
Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium and are loaded with fiber and antioxidant. Cucumbers are a great source of vitamin B, rich in Potassium and Magnesium, which may help to lower blood pressure. Addition of boiled eggs makes the dish protein rich while vegetables increase the vitamins and mineral content.

METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss it well.
Serve it along with a boiled egg.
