APPLE BANANA STEEL CUT OATS
Oats and fruits along with almond milk makes it a complete meal. Oats are rich in fiber while bananas are rich in minerals like potassium and manganese which helps in making kids more alert. Milk is a good source of calcium and dairy protein.
Main ingredients :
Almond milk | 100ml |
Banana | 50g |
Apple | 50g |
Oats | 25g |
Other Ingredients :
Vanilla essence | 10g |
Walnut | 10g |
METHOD:
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except apples, bananas and walnuts.
• Pour the mixture in a serving bowl and top it with apples, bananas and walnuts.
• Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for two hours and then serve.
