Whole wheat is an excellent source of dietary fiber, which promotes digestive health, helps lower blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels, aids in weight management and encourages regular bowel movements. Even though they are rich in carbohydrates, they have a low glycaemic index which helps the glucose release into the bloodstream slowly. The nutrients are left untouched since they are not processed and provide selenium, manganese, folic acid, protein, B-complex vitamins, and vitamin E.

Whole wheat flour100g

  Other Ingredients :             

Turmeric powder10g
Red chili powder10g
Coriander powder 10g
Coriander leaves10g
Green chili10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

   METHOD :
• Knead the wheat flour into a soft dough.
• For the stuffing, boil and mash the potatoes. Add all the spices and salt.
• Roll the dough, keep the aloo mixture in the middle, close it with another layer of rolled dough.
• Roll everything again such that aloo mixture is spread evenly.
• Cook both sides in a greased pan
