ASIAN STYLE FISH
Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which is good for heart, helps to lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation and blood clotting. Ginger adds more flavor while vinegar creates an overall detoxification the body.

Ginger | 10g |
Soya sauce | 10g |
Vinegar | 10g |
Sesame seeds (cous cous) | 10g |
Dry red chili | 10g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Put oil in a pan and add ginger and sauté for one minute. Add fish and cook for around 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, pepper powder, red chili and cook for two minutes.
Serve it with hot chapatis.
