 ASIAN STYLE FISH
                                                                                                   

Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which is good for heart, helps to lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation and blood clotting. Ginger adds more flavor while vinegar creates an overall detoxification the body.


Main ingredients :

Fish100g

      Other Ingredients:   

Ginger10g
Soya sauce10g
Vinegar10g
Sesame seeds (cous cous)10g
Dry red chili10g
Pepper powder10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

  METHOD: 


Put oil in a pan and add ginger and sauté for one minute. Add fish and cook for around 2 minutes.
 Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, pepper powder, red chili and cook for two minutes.
 Serve it with hot chapatis.
