METHOD:
• Heat, butter, and oil in a pan and add garlic paste and onions and sauté for two minutes.
• Add capsicum, tomatoes and water and mix them well and sauté for three to four minutes.
• Add the potatoes, chili powder, pao, bhaji masala, coriander, lemon juice, salt and water and cook them well for four to five minutes while mashing occasionally.
• Cut 2 pavs vertically. In a greased pan placed the pav on it and cook until it turns brown and crisp
• Serve the bhaji with hot pavs, onions and lemons.
