BAKED PANEER IN LOW-FAT SAUCE
Paneer is an excellent source of protein and calcium for vegetarians. Onion compliments the entire dish and acts as an anti-inflammatory compound, while tomatoes help in the absorption of iron.
Main ingredients :
Paneer | 100g |
Onion | 20g |
Tomato | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Green chili | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Grind onion, tomato, and green chili to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste and sauté for a minute.
Then add paneer and leave it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
