METHOD:
• Mix garlic, five spice powder, ginger, soya sauce, oil and dry sherry in a bowl.
• Add the chicken and vegetables in the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
• Grill the vegetables in a grill pan until brown.
• Serve hot.
