SPROUTED MOONG SALAD
                                                                                         
Moong dal or green gram dal provides a great source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, and protein. Moong dal have antioxidants properties; folic acid, fiber, magnesium and vitamin B6 which help promote heart health. Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A, helps in improving vision. Cabbage is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin B6. Onion is a prebiotic food that improves gut health. Addition of vegetables increases the nutrient content and adds colour to the dish.
Main ingredients :
 

Sprouted green gram dal (Moong dal)100g
Onion20g
Tomato20g
Cabbage20g
Carrot20g

     Other Ingredients :

Coriander leaves10g
Lemon juice10g
Green chili10g
SaltAs per taste

    METHOD :
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
•  Serve the sprouted moong salad immediately or refrigerate for one hour and serve chilled.
