NUTTY FLAPJACK
                                                                                       
Oats are rich in soluble fiber. Raisins are a good source of iron and calcium which makes it good for your health and bones. Walnuts add vitamin E & omega -3 fatty acids as they are a source of good fat. . Almond contains protein, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin E it reduces hunger and lower blood sugar levels. A variety of nuts makes the dish nutrient dense.

Other Ingredients : 

Raisins20g
Walnut20g
Almond20g
Butter10g

  METHOD :
•  Cream the butter, sugar and salt in a bowl without done spoon until soft and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
•  Press the mixture into the greased tin and bake it in an preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
•  Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Cut it into shape and serve immediately
